Demonstrating responsible governance through independent accreditation

During financial year (FY) 2025/26, we strengthened our responsible business governance through three significant external accreditations, each evidencing the progress we have made in embedding professionalism, accountability and high standards across our operations. Together, these achievements reflect a maturing governance framework that focuses on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

We achieved ISO 45001 certification for the first time, following comprehensive Stage 2 audits across all UK offices in November 2025. This was a major milestone in our health and safety management. The audit programme involved rigorous reviews of our management system, site-level safety controls, internal training programme, and colleague awareness. The auditor commended the openness and positivity demonstrated across the firm, noting the regular updates to our Health and Safety Hub, expanded training programmes, network of health and safety representatives and more consistent internal audits. A positive finding related to a strong commitment to worker welfare and wellbeing across all sites, which included welfare facilities, mental health first aiders and active wellbeing initiatives.

Alongside this, we were proud to retain our EcoVadis Gold Medal, placing us in the top 3% of nearly 89,000 organisations assessed globally. Our score increased by five points, demonstrating the firm’s sustained advancements in the areas of ethics, labour and human rights, the environment, and sustainable procurement. The accreditation reflects our commitment to continuous improvement across the breadth of our work – from supplier engagement to enhanced reporting processes.

Finally, we achieved Great Place to Work certification for the first time in March 2026. This demonstrates the strength of our internal culture and people governance, with 73% of colleagues reporting a positive experience. The accreditation reflects the progress we’ve made through initiatives such as our Manager Toolkit, wellbeing working practices, expansion of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team, and continued support for our DEI networks. Colleague feedback from the survey will form a core part of our feedback loop, informing priorities for the year ahead. We will undergo an annual survey to our colleagues to track changes and progress.

Together, these three independently verified accreditations demonstrate our commitment to acting responsibly, transparently and professionally in all aspects of how we operate.
