He has a track record of making positive impact and systemic change from bringing DEI Strategies and projects to life and embedding inclusion throughout organisations. Paul also has extensive experience of working with senior leaders, supporting them to build DEI and wellbeing into their daily practice and core business.
Julie Bullimore
DEI Programme Development Manager
Julie has over 20 years' experience in DEI and People/Organisational Development roles. She has significant experience of partnering with senior leaders to facilitate behavioural, organisational and cultural change. An experienced facilitator, Julie is also a qualified coach and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Yvonne Parkinson
DEI Data Analytics & Research Manager
Yvonne has over 15 years' experience working as a researcher and data analyst. She is passionate about translating data into measurable, actionable, and data driven strategies that support fostering a more inclusive, productive, and equitable work environment.
